3. Product information

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, prices, colours, images, fabric information, and sizing details.

However, reasonable variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, garment and fabric batches, printing methods, print placement, and manufacturing tolerances. Product photographs are illustrative.

A reasonable variation that does not materially affect the product's nature, quality, design, or intended use is not a defect. This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges and any other charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment. We may correct genuine pricing, listing, or technical errors. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you with available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including Razorpay-supported payment methods where applicable. We do not store complete card, UPI, or other payment credentials.

5. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, subject to payment verification and product availability.

We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including for:

- A genuine pricing, listing, technical, or inventory error.
- Payment failure, suspected fraud, or unauthorised use.
- An inaccurate, incomplete, unserviceable, or inaccessible delivery address.
- A fulfilment, production, courier, or operational issue.
- A breach of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.

6. Made-to-order fulfilment

Most GZ Style products are made after an order is placed. Production generally begins soon after order confirmation.

Once an order enters production, we may not be able to cancel it or make changes to the product, design, colour, size, quantity, or delivery address.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these Terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when you use the website or place an order.

You must not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GZ Style and Agastya Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or purchase of a product.

This does not exclude liability or customer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or undelivered products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and by the courts, consumer-dispute mechanisms, or other competent authorities having jurisdiction.
